1. The first press

That is, when the pump head is pressed for the first time, the pump head drives the piston head to compress the spring through the connected connecting rod; during the process of compressing the spring, the outer wall of the piston rubs against the inner cavity wall of the cylinder, prompting the piston to open the liquid outlet of the piston head; When sliding down, the air in the cylinder is discharged through the liquid outlet hole of the piston head that has been opened.

2. Repeated pressing

Press several times to expel all the air in the cylinder.

3. Suction up the liquid

Press the pump head by hand, pass the connecting rod, piston head, and piston, and compress the spring together to discharge the air in the cylinder, then release the pump head, the spring will move back (up) due to the loss of pressure, and the piston will also rub against the inner wall of the cylinder. Move downwards to close the liquid outlet hole of the piston head. At this time, the liquid storage chamber in the cylinder forms a vacuum liquid suction state, and the ball valve is sucked up, and the liquid in the bottle is sucked into the liquid storage chamber of the cylinder through the suction pipe.

4. Storage of liquids

Press the pump head several times, and store the liquid in the cylinder through multiple suctions until the liquid is stored full.

5. Out of liquid

When the liquid in the liquid storage chamber of the cylinder is full, press the pump head again and the liquid will be sprayed out directly from the nozzle through the liquid outlet hole.
